Betty - “ I am 35 years old and because of high levels of FSH, my doctor said to forget about ever having children of my own. When I was at the course, I had terrible hot flashes and I only had menstruation because I was taking hormonal medicine. After the course (though I had not even started doing exercises regularly), the hot flashes ceased :-) Since then, I have had 2 periods, just by doing exercises and not taking any medications.”

János – he had suffered from prostate disorders for three years. He had a divorce in the meantime. Since he had been doing the exercises he is once again on the lookout for women.
