Klári – she had very irregular cycle because of low progesterone levels. She exercises twice a week and now has a regular cycle.
Joli – she learned the exercises to regulate her cycles. In only five months she lost 10 pounds and set her cycle.
Anikó – she had her last period in December 1997. On 11th September 1999 she learned the exercises. On 6th October she called me and was very happy about menstruating again.
