Klári – she had very irregular cycle because of low progesterone levels. She exercises twice a week and now has a regular cycle.
Veronika – she suffered from severe hot-flushes. She could only sleep until midnight and was lying in bed awake from the flushes and from panic attacks because of really high heart rate. Only after three weeks of exercising she reported that she had been sleeping perfectly well.
Gabi – she had very intensive menstrual pains; she took very strong painkillers that in turn caused severe liver damage. She had even been suggested hysterectomy. After learning the exercises, all the pains were gone.
